Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Strategos Bot ("the app", "the service"), an Android automation tool for the browser game Travian Legends. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Strategos Bot is a mobile application that automates repetitive tasks in Travian Legends, including building, farming, troop training, resource management, and hero management. The app runs on your Android device as a foreground service and communicates directly with Travian game servers using standard HTTP requests.

2. License and usage

• Your license is device-bound — it is tied to one Android device at a time.
• Each tier has account limits: Free (1 account), Standard (3 accounts), Pro (5 accounts), Lifetime (unlimited).
• You may use the app for personal use only. Commercial use (running accounts for others for payment) is not permitted.
• You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the APK.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your license key to another person.

3. Game compliance disclaimer

Automation policies vary by Travian server and may change at any time. You are solely responsible for compliance with the rules of the Travian server(s) you play on. We do not guarantee that using this app will not result in penalties from the game operator. Use at your own risk.

4. Availability and performance

We aim to keep the license server and the app running smoothly, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. The app depends on Travian's website structure, which may change without notice and temporarily break functionality. We will fix issues as quickly as possible but provide no SLA.

5. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Yearly subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment with no expiration.
• Refund policy: Contact support@strategosbot.win within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. EU consumers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive.

6. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you:

• Redistribute or resell the app or license keys.
• Attempt to circumvent the license system or tier restrictions.
• Use the service for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Violate these terms repeatedly after warning.

If we terminate your account for cause, no refund will be issued. If we discontinue the service entirely, active subscribers will receive a prorated refund for unused time.

7. Limitation of liability

Strategos Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the app, including but not limited to: game account bans, data loss, missed in-game events, or interrupted automation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Intellectual property

The Strategos Bot app, its code, design, and brand are owned by us. "Travian" and "Travian Legends" are trademarks of Travian Games GmbH. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Travian Games.

9. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify users via email or Discord.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sanremo (IM), Italy. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
